What we do.
Our portfolio.
In our portfolio, we have a mixture of residential and commercial properties with impressive yields spread across the country. These are in sister companies and the Director’s personal portfolio.
Management.
Our Property Management arm, UBI Lease Management Ltd, ensures that our properties are always tenanted and maintained to the highest standard ensuring uninterrupted cash flow and a consistent return of investment whilst minimising risk for the landlord in relation to tenancy defaults and regulatory compliance.
Construction.
Our Director, Sunny Gill MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor). Prior to becoming a Developer, he attained several years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Central London working on projects up to £10 million. Having worked both sides of the fence; on Consultant (Client) and Building Contractor side, Sunny Gill MRICS’ experience comes from a unique disposition. The company as such has streamlined it’s systems and processes to create value in building construction projects whilst mitigating risk. Ultimately leading to high return of investments for the company and it’s investors.
Sourcing.
Whilst we endeavour to undertake every deal, it is not possible. We therefore deal with a select number of investors who require a satisfactory return of investment sourced and managed to completion. Thus creating the Turnkey Solutions arm of the company.
Hands off investment.
The Turnkey arm offers investment opportunities where profitable deals are sourced, designed, constructed thus leaving a property ready to either be tenanted or sold. The full armchair investment experience.
Mentoring.
Our Director, Sunny Gill offers mentoring services to eager individuals that wish to improve their skills and get on the property ladder.
