Step 1 - Introduction

Step 2 - Inception
It all begins with an idea. Whether you want to invest in single lets, HMO’s or Commercial to Residential conversions. Maybe you haven’t decided yet! We are here to ensure that the investments we offer fit your requirements reducing the risk of your money being invested beyond your capacity.
Step 3 - Proposal
Once we know what you are looking for, we go through our available deals and present them to you. If you are happy with what we have presented and would like to go ahead with the investment, on to the next step!
Step 4 - Offer
Once we find the right investment deal for yourself, we will liaise between the vendor/agent and help you send out an offer to them initiating the deal.
Step 5 - Formal Plan
Once the offer has been accepted, we will create a formal plan working alongside Chartered Surveyors and Architects to ensure the greatest value for money for your investment.
Step 6 - Commencing Construction
Once the plan is approved, we will commence the construction process ensuring the relevant contractors are on site completing the works to a high standard. Your welcome to have a look at some of our previous projects!
Step 7 - Tenant Finding
Once the refurbishment and snagging is complete, we can help you tenant the property using our Property Management Company UBI Lease Management to ensure that your void periods are minimised.
Step 8 - Relax
Now that the initial deal is complete and the property is tenanted, you can relax and celebrate! Then we can start again at Step 2 where we search for another investment to grow your portfolio.
