Step 1 - Introduction
We contact many landlords directly as well as through agents. Maybe you’ve heard about us online or through friends? Ultimately, you want to sell your property and we’re here to help.
Step 2 - Inception
Once initial contact is made, a discussion will take place to see what your looking to do with your property. We will see if it fits our investment criteria or one of our investors criteria. This is to ensure that there is no time wasted and to ensure that all parties are clear about their intentions.
Step 3 - Initial Viewing
If we are interested in purchasing your property following first communication, we will go ahead with an initial viewing where we will take detailed measurements of the whole property and photographs to ensure that we have as much information possible to investigate the potential of the property. If you have current floor plans then this process will be much quicker.
Step 4 - Proposal
Once we have an idea of the potential of the property, we will negotiate an offer suitable for both parties, presenting the property to our investors.
Step 5 - Formal Offer
A final formal offer is made regarding the process, if all parties are happy for the sale to go ahead then we will initiate legal proceedings to ensure the process is as efficient as possible.
Step 6 - Offer Acceptance
Once you have accepted an offer and legal proceedings have commenced, it is all up to the solicitors of both parties to do their thing…
Step 7 - Completion
On completion a smooth transfer of funds and equity will occur at which point celebrations can start!
Step 8 - Relax
Now that you have sold your property, you can chose to invest your newly available cash through UBI Holdings by being one of our trusted investors or, you could use the funds to go on holiday! Either way, whether you want to invest or sell, we are here to help.
